Barista
As a Barista, you will take customer orders, use POS systems,
provide quality beverages for all customers by adhering to all recipe and
presentation standards. You will follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for
all products whilst restocking food and drinks using the FIFO system.
Shift Supervisor
As Shift Supervisor you will help your store partners make world-class connections with the customers you see every day. You’ll be responsible for supporting the operations of the store and communicating positively and effectively with a diverse group of individuals. You will successfully delegate tasks, coach and lead by example. In-store operations include support with staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality and financial performance. We are looking for talented and reliable individuals.
Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you’ll help your store partners and shift managers make world class connections with the customers you see every day. You’ll be responsible for store operations, including staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality and financial performance. Best of all, you’ll be leading a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment.
As a store manager you will have a proven track record in back-office
processes such as labour scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering and counting,
maintaining health and safety, food safety procedures and
records.
